1 batch of Bock, and a smaller batch (5L) of Kerim’s “grocery store” beer with the yeast coming straight from the Ægir brewery in Flåm.
Brewing date: 8. October 2009
“Grocery store” beer recipe:
~0.5 L water + 450g Moss malt extract
–> Boil for 10 min
Add 1 handful of hops
–> boil for 60 min
Add one handful of hops more (+ irish moss) 15 min before end of boiling time
Rest for 10 minutes
Start .. (<30C)??
Add water to 4.5L total and check temperature
Add yeast
