9 Sept. 09:
13:30: Started boiling 10L of water
15:30: Water is boiling. Yeah!
16:00: Put in syrup and malt.
16:35: Started cooling.
24:00: (Justin notes: What a Friday night!) Beer@32, water@16 – sounds perfect!
10:10 (10.Sept.): We make beer! Added yeast.
Alcohol % before adding more sugar for the fizz: 3.9
Yield: ~46L
